About this villa rental
Welcome to our family villa - La Villa Cocoon - elegant private single-storey villa of 260 m² without vis-à-vis, very comfortable and spacious for 10 people 200 m from the beach on foot.
The vast living room of more than 95 m2 extends naturally onto an exotic wood terrace where a 10-meter long swimming pool is sublimated by a Mediterranean garden. It is a quiet and secure environment, a real place of conviviality where to meet up with family or friends.
In the house, 4 bedrooms all air-conditioned and tastefully decorated:
- the master suite on the pool side has a 180x200 bed, a dressing room, a private bathroom and toilet
- the 2nd bedroom with 1 bed 160x200, a private bathroom and toilet
- the 3rd bedroom, two beds 140x180 and a private bathroom and toilet
- then the 4th bedroom with 1 bed 160x200 a private bathroom and toilet
- toilet in the entrance for guests
A very spacious and ventilated living room with flat screen TV and table football. Internet access is free (WiFi).
The kitchen, fully equipped, and the living room are open to the terrace and face this incredible view.
Garden: A private outdoor area (equipped with garden furniture + table & chairs for dining + heated swimming pool - petanque court and ping pong table). Pool house with pizza oven and plancha.
We attach great importance to the welcome of our guests, it is done by Martine, a warm and endearing local.

Ashtrays are available outside the house. We ask that you do not smoke in the house so that the next holidaymakers do not have the annoyance of the smell.
