This intimate and luxurious holiday resort is located on a quiet side street of the resort, 480 meters from a beautiful, sandy beach. All attractions, restaurants, bars, and cafes are just steps away.
Exceptionally comfortable, two-story holiday homes. On the ground floor, there's a spacious living room with satellite TV, connected to a well-equipped kitchen. Guests will also find a large table and chairs. On the ground floor, there's also a bathroom with a shower (including a washing machine). On the first floor, there are two comfortable double bedrooms and a lounge. Air conditioning with heating and cooling functions, and underfloor heating is available during the off-season. Each home has a large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue facilities. Wireless internet is available.
Secure parking is available on the well-maintained and fenced grounds of the resort. Bicycles and an electric golf cart are available for rent on site.
The price includes: bed linen, air conditioning, heating, final cleaning, parking, and internet. A baby cot is available upon request. Sianożęty is a small holiday resort near Kołobrzeg, directly adjacent to another seaside resort – Ustronie Morskie. Sianożęty is situated on a wide, sandy beach. The golden sand and gentle slope into the sea encourage vacationers to sunbathe and swim. Neighboring Ustronie Morskie also boasts a 100-meter-long pier. Sianożęty is a rather quiet summer resort, offering true relaxation. Bordering the resort is Ustronie Morskie, which, if desired, offers many more attractions typical of seaside resorts.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Bring towels. Non smoking accommodation. Pets are not allowed. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
