A wood fireplace warms the living area, inviting guests to unwind with a book or enjoy a quiet evening indoors. The bathroom includes a bath, separate shower, and toilet for added convenience. The property boasts a separate games room with a pool table, perfect for friendly competition. Step outside to a lush backyard with outdoor furniture, BBQ facilities, a fire pit, and plenty of space to lounge. Guests can access the garage through a laneway gate—ideal for caravans or secure parking. With bikes and helmets available, you’re free to explore the town or countryside at your leisure.

Clean pet-friendly property with everything needed for a comfortable stay! Bathroom was divided into two rooms with shower and toilet in laundry with only bath and vanity in the main bathroom!
