Romar Place 701 is a beautifully appointed three-bedroom, three-bathroom corner unit that sleeps up to eight guests. This professionally decorated condo is full of character, charm, and modern touches throughout.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a private balcony accessed through sliding glass doors, and a stunning en suite bathroom with a completely remodeled walk-in shower, glass tile accents, and elegant finishes.
The second bedroom also includes a king-size bed, access to the balcony, and its own bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower, gorgeous vanity, and updated lighting. A flat screen TV, desk area, and ceiling fan complete the room, offering both comfort and convenience.
The third bedroom is perfectly set up for extra guests or kids, with a full-size bed, twin bed, and a pull-out trundle. The third bathroom features another large walk-in shower with glass doors and upscale finishes.
Throughout the condo, you’ll find new flooring, area rugs, and a cozy coastal aesthetic. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a beautiful tile backsplash, and everything you need to cook and entertain. The dining area features a charming bench-style seat, table and chairs, and a statement chandelier that adds elegance to the space.
