Guests can access the property at any time using the secure key safe at the front of the house.
We give our guests space but we're available when needed.
You can reach us via the Airbnb app or by phone during your stay.
We respond quickly to messages, and are available 24/7 for any urgent matters (e.g. heating, water, or access issues).
We offer both flexible and non-refundable booking options to suit different needs. For standard bookings, cancellations made at least 5 days before check-in are eligible for a full refund. Non-refundable bookings are available at a discounted rate but cannot be refunded.
Please also note the following:
• No smoking inside the property.
• No pets allowed.
• Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10pm.
• This is a self-catering stay – basic starter items are provided (toilet paper, hand soap, washing-up liquid, etc.).
• The property is professionally cleaned before each stay.
• Free on-street parking is usually available outside or nearby.
• Please remove muddy shoes indoors.
• Not suitable for parties or events.
• External CCTV is in operation covering the front and rear gardens for security purposes.
