Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.
- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.
HOUSE RULES:

Check out is 11am
No smoking/vaping/pens/ecigs permitted
No pets (There will be a $200 per pet fee incurred for undisclosed animals)
Daily housekeeping is not provided

This little cabin is close to everything, while still being a cozy retreat for a couple. The ambience inside was lovely, and we enjoyed sitting in the rocking chairs on the front porch with our coffee in the mornings. There were no cleanup duties at the end of our stay, so we were able to just get up and just get on the road.

Our stay at this cozy log cabin was exceptional. The home is beautifully maintained, warm, and inviting — the perfect blend of comfort and rustic charm. Every detail, from the cleanliness to the thoughtful amenities, made our visit relaxing and enjoyable. The host sent clear check-in and check-out instructions and we highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a peaceful and comfortable retreat!!
