Located just steps from Lake Mary and offering access to a shared pier (with Big Blue Lakehouse (sleeps 12) and Highland House (sleeps 21) next door), guests can bring a boat and tie up with ease. Need more space? All three homes can be rented together for larger gatherings to sleep 45!
Step inside to find a warm and open main floor with a beautifully updated kitchen, inviting dining area, and a cozy living room that opens onto a covered back deck with lake views. There's also a dedicated desk area for remote work or planning your lake adventures, plus a queen-size sofa sleeper for extra guests. Out back, enjoy a private patio with a firepit, propane grill, and room to relax under the stars.
Follow the lighthouse-style winding staircase to the second floor, where three queen bedrooms await. The primary bedroom features a private covered balcony and direct access to a shared full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Head up one more level to the third-floor retreat—ideal for movie nights or peaceful mornings. Here you'll find a large sectional with TV, reading nook with gorgeous seasonal lake views through the oak canopy, and a gas fireplace that sets the mood on cool fall or winter evenings.
