Ground floor condo gives you open floor plan with kitchen, dining area and living room. Two full baths, Bedrooms have 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds. Enjoy the screened in back porch overlooking the community pool and tennis courts.
Guest Access:
Condo has private entrance. Pick up keys and check in packet at office 1007 Sea Mountain Hwy., North Myrtle Beach
The Neighborhood:
Located in a quiet neighborhood and only a short drive to the beach and many attractions the Strand has to offer.
Getting Around:
Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber-Lyft or Taxi.
Other Things to Note:
*Rates for weekends, holidays, and special events may be subject to change without notice and do not include the 12% tax or additional fees , such as departure cleaning.
The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. Must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property and you must stay for the duration of the reservation.
