About this house rental
Welcome to this exclusive architect-designed villa located in the sought-after area of Mjörn on western Tjörn. Here you stay in a stylish and nature-close house with fantastic views of the western sea and a private pool overlooking the cliffs and ocean. A holiday home that truly offers something extra – perfect for both families and adult company.
The villa is spacious and tastefully decorated with large windows, high ceilings, and an open floor plan that brings in the light and nature outside. It accommodates up to 6 people in three bedrooms – one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and a smaller one with a bunk bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for enjoying holiday meals, and the dining area offers views of the terrace and the lush garden. The living room has a cozy sofa corner, a fireplace, and direct access to the terrace and pool area. The bathroom is fully tiled with shower, WC, and laundry facilities.
On the generous terrace, there are seating areas, barbecue facilities, and views of the beautiful coastal landscape. The proximity to the sea makes it easy to take a dip from the child-friendly rocks or jump in from the diving board at the nearby beach, just a short walk away.
Things to do in Mjörn and the surrounding area:
Mjörn is a gem on Tjörn with close proximity to nature, the sea, and charming coastal villages. Enjoy world-class swimming opportunities – from salty cliffs to child-friendly beaches and small harbors. Take a sunset kayak tour or a day trip to the Nordic Watercolour Museum in Skärhamn, where you’ll also find cozy restaurants, shops, and cafés. If you love hiking, there are several beautiful trails in the area, and for longer excursions you can easily reach Orust or Stenungsund.
Good to know about this accommodation:
• A deposit of 3500 SEK is mandatory and must be paid on arrival day. The deposit will be refunded approximately one week after departure if the house is left in approved condition.
• Bed linen and towels can be rented: 190 SEK/person and 60 SEK/person respectively.
• Final cleaning is not included but can be booked for 2500 SEK.
• Electricity is included in the rent, charging electric cars is not allowed.
• No smoking allowed.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Youth groups are not accepted and parties are not permitted.
