Enjoy breathtaking views from this 12th-floor oceanfront condo with a private balcony—perfect for sunrise coffee or sunset drinks. This updated 1-bedroom unit sleeps up to 6 with two queen beds and a full sleeper sofa. The open layout features a modern kitchen with granite counters, stainless appliances, and all the basics for easy meals.
You'll have access to resort amenities like pools, hot tubs, a lazy river, kiddie pool, oceanfront dining, Starbucks, and a gym. Linens, towels, and starter supplies are included, and laundry is just down the hall. Keyless entry means no check-in lines!
Pet-friendly with approval. Located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, close to Broadway at the Beach, the SkyWheel, and more.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment, as well as all resort amenities.
Other Things to Note:
Dogs only, please—no other pets are allowed.
Dogs must be under 35 lbs and non-aggressive breeds only.
All dogs must be trained, vaccinated, and in good health.
Dogs must be on a leash and under control at all times while on the property.
Clean up after your dog—guests who don’t may be asked to leave the property.
When using the elevator, dogs must be carried.
Dogs are not allowed in the pool area, sundeck, gym, or any place where food is served.
No grooming dogs in the bathroom. Guests are responsible for any plumbing damage caused by this.
The HOA may intervene if a dog becomes a disturbance and the owner can’t be reached—any related costs will be the guest’s responsibility.
Service Animals:
Service animals assisting a person with a disability are always welcome and exempt from pet fees. Please note: Emotional support animals are not considered service animals under the ADA.
