Inside, you’ll find a bedroom with an unmistakable style: the centerpiece is a spectacular tropical wallpaper behind the headboard of the queen-size bed, which makes the space warm, inviting, and striking.
The cozy and functional living room features a click-clack sofa bed, perfect for comfortably accommodating a third guest. The modern and comfortable bathroom is equipped with a spacious, extra-large walk-in shower: here you can carve out a moment all to yourself, surrounded by warm water and silence.

The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to welcome those who love to cook even on vacation (or simply want to make a good cup of coffee first thing in the morning). You’ll find a Frog coffee machine, a microwave with a grill function, a toaster, ladles, pans, plates, wine glasses, beer glasses, and cocktail glasses. Nothing is missing: you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast or an evening aperitif in complete freedom.

The apartment’s design is inspired by tropical style, featuring tasteful furnishings and natural materials. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed, designed to help you unwind and live at the rhythm of the sea. To make your stay even more enjoyable, there are two smart TVs—one in the living room and one in the bedroom—both with free Netflix, perfect for a quiet evening after a day at the beach.
The apartment offers fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and a convenient washer-dryer. Each guest is provided with clean, personal linens that have been carefully washed and sanitized to ensure a comfortable and safe stay.
Our property is located on Via Trazzera Marina, right on the water, offering breathtaking views and direct access to the beach. The location is ideal for those who want to enjoy the sea and relax, but also for exploring the area. The city center is about 1 km away, easily reachable on foot or by car. About 50 meters from the property, there are two parking lots where you can conveniently park your car. Nearby, you’ll also find tobacco shops, newsstands, beach clubs, and shops where you can rent bicycles to explore the stunning coastline. About 500 meters away, there are supermarkets, opticians, and clothing stores—perfect for your daily needs.
