The property is brand new and absolutely beautiful! I knew I wanted to try this VRBO when I saw the curtains were hung properly! IYKYKIt is a tri-level flat, so be prepared for stairs, but it was perfect for us. 5/5The beds were platform, but very comfortable. The on-suite baths in both bedrooms were perfect. Access to the garage is a huge plus! It helped us feel very safe and have peace of mind while staying downtown. I have a Telluride and it fit with only a few inches to spare. Anything longer will not fit. 5/5The host communicated quickly and accommodated all our needs. 5/5 The surrounding neighborhood is not the best (it's downtown Dallas..), but with access to locked gates and the garage, it was just fine.We travel to Dallas for treatments at UTS every 6 weeks, and if this apartment is available, we will definitely stay here again. 5/5
