We’re located at the far end of Juriquilla, in the Real de Juriquilla neighborhood—a very quiet and safe area with all services and amenities within driving distance. It’s a duplex house, and the apartment is the upper unit at street level.
This independent ground-floor apartment with two double bedrooms is ideal for those looking for a quiet, functional space in a good location.
It has a private entrance from the street, natural ventilation, and is equipped with two standing fans for your comfort.
We, the hosts, live in the main house right below the apartment. Although we share the same property, your space is completely private.
On the roof of the apartment, there’s a shared rooftop garden—perfect for relaxing, having a coffee, or enjoying the view.
Ideal accommodation for weekday business trips or weekend family getaways.
