Guest can relax and unwind in this enjoyable space or relax on the backyard deck. There will be no immediate neighbors and the house is on a corner lot. The property is equipped with exterior cameras for guest security. The home is in a gentrification area surrounded by newly built townhomes and established neighbors. The area is extremely quiet. An abandoned home is a lot away from the home but it causes no issues.

Exactly what we paid for host responded reasonably quick for any questions clean open area and the backyard was pretty nice. Great location close to downtown
