    Pros: Excellent location, super clean, outstanding staff, and 5/5 food. ​Cons: The in-house restaurant is located 200 meters away from the main hotel building shown in photos.

    It was my first stay at The Social Stays Kasol, and I really enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly and caring. Special thanks to the manager, Anuj Thapa, for the great hospitality and service. I would love to visit again!

    I went to Kasol for the first time and stayed at Social Stay. My experience was really good!

    The staff are not very cooperative and rude at times. The checkin experience was very bad where staff came after half an hour to pick the luggage and different room was allotrd after a delay. They provided me a different category of room then booked online. They had no remorse and were completely non-cooperative. The food is below average and there was no water in wahsroom upon arrival. After an hour the water came but pressure in bathroom is really slow
