My family stayed in their VIP room for 3 nights. Room was clean but the price per night and additional charges for my kids per night were not really not worth it. Location is far from town center and beside a huge cemetery complex, which we found eery. The pool needs more regular cleaning. Wifi sucked!!! They attempted to fix it because my kids kept complaining as there was zero signal in the room. They fixed somehow and we had signal on the 3rd day - for a day, but lost again the following day. Disappointing! Parking was also a problem as the space can only fit a few cars. They had more than 12 VIP rooms so obviously, cars won't fit! The security guard who doubled as receptionist gave us a hard time! His name is Cabang. We complained to the Operations Manager, Mrs. Loo about his attitude and the problematic parking situation and she apologized. We commend Joel and Leah (staff) and guard Meynar, who were extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist us. Generally very good attitude from the staff, except for this guard, Cabang. Management should review the demand during peak season, even for food. There was almost nothing to order from their very short menu. Considering very few restos in the area, their offering must compensate. We ordered fried chicken one night - very small serving for a P750! ... overpriced and really not value for your money.
