    Hotel TMS Grand is it in very good location, hotel is so nice n clean and hospitality is also very good , all the staff members are good and polite behaviour is very Good and friendly .. I like to visit next time again in Tms grand.... All my wishes for every one

    The hotel is located in Sector 7, Dwarka, New Delhi walking distance from prime shopping area. You get most of the means of transport to access this place. The caretakers and amenities are good, food is available in adjacent shop, laundry is another shop, etc. The room is descent with most of the items available. The only challenge is the amenities may not be upto the mark or functional. Pest mat also be there. Hence my sincere request to check everything before occupying a room.

    The place is getting good to worse, since the earlier staff changed, and the new team doesn't care ! They don't care if you're not going to come back.

    The size of the room is not as per advertised. I lodged a complaint also to Agoda and Agoda assured to correct the room size. I checked it again today. But there is no connection. The staff of the hotel are excellent. Facilities are also ok. But the main disappointment was from AGODA.
