Located on the main channel of Douglas Lake with a million-dollar waterfront view all year round, with mountains in the background. This home is located right on the lake with no layers of steps to get to the lake. Enjoy sitting or eating on the spacious, top-quality deck in a large, well-shaded area or a warm area in the sun. Enjoy cooking in the large, spacious kitchen while looking right at the lake and mountains as you work. Relax around the large outdoor covered fire pit that is lit at night. In the spring and summer, swim off the dock, grab a free kayak, and enjoy the day on warm, clear water. Rent our jet ski (available now), pontoon boat (available 2026 onward), or bring your own boat and dock it right at the cabin. Enjoy the warm waterfront hot tub or a nice drink around the warm fire pit (with firewood provided). Enjoy a game of pool or watch great movies on a massive screen in a home theater with oversized cushioned seating. Enjoy additional TVs with high-speed internet. Plenty of safe space for kids to play outside in a nice flat grassy area or a playhouse right next to the water. Take a short ride to all the activities in Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

Note: This lake home is right on the main channel, so it has water and a spectacular water view all year-round. The Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) drains the lake down in the fall and winter (Sept to early April), such that sections of the lake that are in coves are drained down so that most coves on the lake are dry (no water) late November to January. TVA fills the lake back up in early April. It is usually filled back up by the end of April.
This lake home is on the main channel (not a cove), so it has a beautiful water view all year round and provides a secluded, relaxing experience on a large lot with good views, and it is close to all the local activities of Sevierville, Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg.
