About this apartment rental
Casa Elena is located within a historic villa in Ponte a Moriano, just a 10-minute drive from the center of Lucca. The villa overlooks one of the main roads, called Via Nazionale. You access the entrance path through the main gate of the villa, located on the main road. If you have a large car, reaching the internal parking might be difficult; in this case, we recommend parking on the street.
Once inside the property and after collecting the keys, you access the apartment through the indicated door. The apartment, situated on the first floor, is divided into two areas. The first includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with a wooden table for four people, two armchairs, a pellet stove and a small TV, a triple bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and a bathroom with a shower cabin. The second area offers a spacious living room with four armchairs, a table and a decorative fireplace, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a three-quarter bed, and a bathroom with a bathtub.
Each room is equipped with portable fans; Wi-Fi is available only in the second area of the apartment. The driveway and the external courtyard are shared with the other guests of the villa, while the private outdoor area, located beyond the parking lot next to the stream, is furnished with a gazebo. The garden on the other side of the driveway is reserved for guests of another apartment.
A self check-in procedure is available, allowing you to arrive from 4:00 pm. The road is busy, so the passing cars can be heard inside the house, but keeping the windows closed reduces the noise. Please be careful to avoid damaging the furniture. Pets are allowed for an extra fee. Cot and high chair are available on request.
