A 3-bedroom apartment, completely renovated and ready to move into. Bright and cozy, perfect for enjoying city life. Located in the heart of the Raval, just a few minutes from Las Ramblas. The apartment has 3 bedrooms. Two of them are double bedrooms with a king-size bed, air conditioning, and heating, and one is a single bedroom. The apartment has one bathroom with a shower. The living room is spacious and bright, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It features a large-screen TV and Wi-Fi. It’s on the 5th floor without an elevator in a very quiet building with few residents. It has a 60 m² communal terrace on the same level as the apartment. This is a very centrally located apartment in an area with a wide variety of restaurants and shops, just a 7-minute walk from Las Ramblas (Liceu Metro Station) and 5 minutes from Paral·lel Metro Station. It is also close to other iconic landmarks in the city (the Liceu Theater, La Boqueria Market, MACBA, Barcelona Cathedral, Montjuïc, etc.). Martin is the best host I have had. We visited from America for a little over 3 months. Throughout our stay he was very responsive whether it was needing cleaners for the house, restaurant recommendations, or just simple questions we had. When we arrived Martin helped us carry our luggage up the stairs to the flat and is overall just a very nice and helpful person. The property was more than what we expected with lots of space and a balcony that is not used often by the other residents. Additionally the flat was very clean when we arrived. I would recommend this stay for everyone.
