Welcome to Villa Anahita Lagoon, a stunning 245 m² villa nestled in the heart of the prestigious Anahita Golf & Spa Resort on the east coast of Mauritius. With its private pool, 3 ensuite bedrooms, and bright open spaces, this villa is ideal for hosting up to 6 guests in a luxurious and serene setting.
Elegant & spacious interior
Designed to blend modern comfort with a tropical atmosphere, the villa centers around a large living room that opens onto a covered terrace — the perfect place to relax, read in the shade, or enjoy an outdoor dinner.
The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook on-site in a warm and friendly environment.
The 3 air-conditioned bedrooms each feature a private bathroom:
• A master suite with a king-size bed
• A second bedroom with a king-size bed
• A third bedroom with two single beds, ideal for children or friends
There is also a separate guest toilet.
Outdoor living & ambiance
Surrounded by tropical gardens, the villa offers a large private pool, perfect for cooling off at any time of day in a peaceful, lush environment.

- Pets are not allowed.
- Parties and events are not permitted.
- Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM, for the comfort of everyone.
- Private Pool – IMPORTANT :
The pool is not fenced and has no child safety barrier.
Its use is under the full responsibility of the guests. Extra caution is required, especially with children and non-swimmers.
- Please use the air conditioning responsibly and switch it off when leaving a room.
- Please take good care of the villa, furniture, and equipment provided. Any damages may be charged.
- Kindly dispose of your waste properly and follow recycling instructions.
- We invite you to fully enjoy the villa and its exceptional surroundings, while respecting the property and the neighborhood.
