Bedroom with a double bed. Living room with 2 sofa beds for 6 people. Private swimming pool 50 m away, in the middle of the pine woods with view of the Estérel. Baumette Beach and a large beach 150 m away. Shops at 100 m away (a supermarket, a bakery, a tobacconist, and markets). Located between Cannes (30 km) and Saint-Raphaël (10 km). The 24-m² terrace on the last floor, not overlooked by any neighbour, offers a panoramic view of the Agay bay. The condominium is very convivial and perfectly suitable for the whole family. A secured entrance and garden maintenance guarantee calmness and tranquillity. The apartment is located on the third and last floor of the building (without lift).

Vue magnifique et appartement très fonctionnel.
Le seul petit bémol : des canapés-lits vieillissants peu confortables dans le séjour.
Proximité immédiate de la plage et des commerces très appréciable.
