About this apartment rental
The apartment is located 300 meters from the beach in Empuriabrava!
It’s right next to all the restaurants and a supermarket.
It’s accessible for people with limited mobility; there’s a ramp throughout the common area leading up to the apartment.
There is plenty of free parking right in front of the apartment door, and there is one outdoor parking space in our private community parking lot.
The apartment has a double bed measuring 1.50 x 2 m, and the living room also has a sofa bed that sleeps two. There is a terrace with a table and chairs for 4 people. The entire apartment has hot and cold air conditioning. It’s on the first floor but is VERY bright. We provide sheets, but NOT towels.
We always leave a welcome gift for all our guests.
The apartment has a Dolce Gusto coffee maker.
Pets are allowed with a €750 security deposit.
SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED inside the apartment, as many families with small children stay here (smoking is allowed on the terrace as long as the door is closed tightly to keep the smoke out).
