About this apartment rental
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this air-conditioned studio with sauna for rent in Gap. It has a surface area of 26 m² and can accommodate up to 2 guests. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a sleeping area, a kitchenette, a bathroom, and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 100 m². Wi-Fi, sheets and towels included. The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 12 m² sleeping area with a king-size bed (180×200) and a video projector
- A dining area with a fully equipped kitchen: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
The garage with sauna and gym is shared with the owners who live above the studio. The washing machine and dryer are also shared with the owners.
Outside:
- A south-facing terrace and private garden with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- A garage (shared with the owners) with sauna and gym (treadmill, exercise bike, elliptical trainer, etc.)
The studio is ideally located in Gap, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the studio's private car park (2 spaces). There is a charging station for electric vehicles in the car park.
For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest train station: Gap, about 1 km away
- Nearest airport: Grenoble, about 100 km away
Other comments:
- For your safety and that of the owners, the house is equipped with a surveillance camera that only films the car park.
- Sheets and towels included.
- Pets are welcome free of charge. Only one small pet is allowed per stay.
- The accommodation has reversible air conditioning.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. We kindly ask you to leave it in a clean condition and to clean the appliances after use.
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
