This is a great place for 2 separate groups who want their own accommodations. The top floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a family room and the kitchen. You have to go outside and down a set of stairs to get to the lower level which has 2 bedrooms connected by a bathroom. The room in the host picture is GORGEOUS!! They should put more kitchenette type appliances downstairs so those in the downstairs can make coffee, toast, etc. We did not know that the two levels were not connected except by an outside staircase. That being said, the backyard is nothing short of your own private resort!! The pool, hot tub and pool area are heavenly!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The kitchen was well stocked, bathrooms were modern and clean. We were celebrating a college graduation, the pool area was perfect for a celebration. Beach and restaurants about 10 minutes away. Host and communication was excellent.

Great property! Amazing perks...cabana, hot tub, pool, sauna, weights. Gorgeous landscaping. Chill neighborhood and close to everything! Highly recommended!
