This unit has a Full size Murphy bed. Please consider this for your comfort with two guests. Please read House Rules and directions to operate the murphy bed properly.
Long-term stays will include starter supplies: hand soap, dish soap, laundry pods, basic shower supplies, mini hair dryer, bed and bath linens, Nespresso coffee pods, toilet paper, paper towels. Guests will replenish supplies / shop for themselves during long-term stays or should you run out of the items provided.

House Rules
-Keep the door locked at all times. Owner is not responsible for lockouts, lost/stolen personal items in the unit.
-Lift the murphy bed with two hands. Make sure legs are folded up when closing the murphy bed. Put legs down before murphy bed is in the open position.
-Do not hang towels or anything on the shower curtain rod. A hook is located on the back of the bathroom door for your use.
-Do not hang personal artwork or anything on the walls or windows.
-Do not put hot pans on the countertops. Felt trivet is available in the kitchen drawer to place under hot pans.
Items like coffee pods are available in the unit for your use but will not be restocked by the owner. Enjoy!
-Smoking (cigarettes or other) is not allowed in the unit. Please use the roof deck or take it outside.
-Please comply with building laundry etiquette posted in the laundry room.
-Maximum occupancy for the unit is 3 people.
-Please report any signs of pests to the owner ASAP.
-Dispose of old food in a timely manner - trash room is located in the basement.
-Do not store personal items in the basement. Bike storage is available in the trash room just beyond the blue cans. Bikes should be locked up and stored properly in the basement.
-Tenant is responsible for drain clearing.
-The bathroom does not have mechanical ventilation. Please open the window to encourage ventilation and prevent mold growth.
-Quiet hours from 10 PM - 8 AM per building noise rules.
-No parties or large group gatherings in the unit or building. The roof deck is a common space and cannot be reserved for parties. The BBQ can be reserved for cooking.
-Additional guests cannot stay more than 14 consecutive days
-Report any maintenance issues within 24-48 hours
-No flushing non-toilet paper items
-Kitchen must be cleaned after each use
PARKING SITUATION
There is no parking in the building. You can park on the street for free but it is limited to two hours during the day and unlimited during the night. Or you can use one of the several parking garages located around the unit:

I had such a wonderful month-long stay here! Samantha was an amazing host. She is so kind, thoughtful, and welcoming. She really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The place itself is super cute and cozy, and I slept well on the Murphy bed while I was there.As someone who used to live in San Francisco, I wanted a chance to re-explore the city as I think about moving back, and this spot couldn’t have been better. I never spent much time in this neighborhood before, and it honestly gave me a new love for the city. It’s in a safe area and just steps away from Polk Street, where there are so many great restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. A few of my favorites were Juniper Bakery, Café Réveille, Blue Barn, Amélie, and Macondray. You’re also only a few blocks from the Tonga Room, which is such a fun SF classic.I also loved how walkable the location is — I could run down Polk to Marina Green and catch views of the Golden Gate Bridge, go another direction toward the Embarcadero and Ferry Building, or even walk west toward Fillmore to go shopping.I’d absolutely recommend Samantha and this place to anyone wanting to experience San Francisco. It really felt like home for the month I was there.

Samantha was an incredible host. Very communicative, helpful and kind. Such a pleasure to work with! The unit was also VERY equipped with everything I could possibly need and very clean! I had a great experience and would recommend! The place was small but it was totally doable for one person.
