Spanning a single level, the home covers approximately 250 m² and is surrounded by a well-maintained garden featuring Mediterranean plants. The interior spaces are spacious and bright, designed to allow for a fluid and natural transition between indoors and outdoors. The living area, which faces entirely out toward the sea, includes a fully equipped kitchen with a central island, a convivial dining area, and an elegant living room with large sliding glass doors.

Outside, a panoramic teak terrace features a shaded seating area, a dining area, and a heated infinity pool that seems to extend out toward the sea. All of this is set in an atmosphere of absolute privacy, with direct access to the beach via a private path.

The main sleeping area includes three double bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, air conditioning, built-in closets, and direct access to the garden or the terrace overlooking the sea. Every room is meticulously designed: warm materials, minimalist furnishings, natural fabrics, and neutral tones create a relaxing and elegant atmosphere.
