🛎️ CONSIDERATIONS
Please note: this is a pet-free home to ensure the comfort of all guests, and we’re unable to make exceptions. Considering this is a home, not a hotel, we kindly ask you to treat the space with care. While we strive to address any issues promptly, please note that there is no on-site staff available 24/7. However, we’re just a message away if you need assistance! To finalize your booking, a separate rental agreement is required.
🧳TRAVEL INSURANCE ADVISORY
For a stress-free getaway, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance—especially during winter months when unexpected weather or illness can disrupt travel plans. Reservations become non-refundable after a certain point, so having coverage ensures you’re protected from last-minute changes due to road closures, weather delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and security deposit. We know security deposits are annoying, so to make it easier on you we have 2 options that you can choose between:
Option 1: Damage Waiver ($65) - Have a worry-free stay with coverage for up to $3,000 for accidental damage (spills, breaks, mishaps) with no surprise charges. Just relax and enjoy your stay. Coverage up to 10 nights, +$8/day for longer stays, and provided by a third-party insurance company.
Option 2: Security Deposit ($2,500) - Refundable temporary hold that releases after your stay.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it's a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. These upgrades are optional and include:
Early check in - $35/hr
Late checkout - $35/hr maximum 2 hours

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We had an awesome stay at this cabin and would absolutely come back. The cabin itself is beautiful—clean, spacious, and very well equipped. I appreciated having a dedicated workspace since I needed to get a little work done during the trip.
The large deck was one of our favorite spots to relax, especially the hot tub after a day out. The location is fantastic, sitting right on an incredible golf course with easy access to pickleball and tennis courts nearby, so there was always something to do.
If you’re looking for a comfortable, high-end cabin that’s perfect for relaxing or staying active, this is it. Highly recommend!
