2 bedroom 1bathroom bungalow in the highly desired location (SoBro)! This property includes new luxury vinyl plank flooring, fresh interior (and exterior) paint, kitchen, bathroom and laundry on main level. Bright white cabinets, granite countertops, tile backsplash, pulldown sink and SS appliances in kitchen. Home is total electric. Amazing covered front porch and large private back yard. Surrounded by mature trees, this is a beautiful neighborhood. Don't miss this one!
The Space:
The backyard is not fenced.
The trash pick up is scheduled every Monday.
The recycling day is every other Monday.
No access to garage
Guest Access:
We will send you the access code on the day of arrival. This code will be active on the duration of your stay!

Exterior cams on front and back door
Security Panel is not on the wall, it's on desk, in the living room once you enter.
Thermostat: located in the dining room wall

For check out, please place all dirty towels in the washer. (Kitchen and bathroom towels) and start the 1st load… if there’s room, please throw in the used pillowcases. Please don’t make your beds…
It’s important for the cleaning crew to know what beds need to be freshly turned.
Please put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher including the coffee pot and kindly remove coffee grounds in the trashcan.
