Welcome to Copper Kettle Farm in southern Berkshire County, Massachusetts. This newly renovated farmhouse is designed for rejuvenating and joyful gatherings, showcasing Colonial-era touches and modern amenities. Brand new kitchen and appliances, beds, bedding and bathrooms, ample entertaining spaces including a quiet play space for children, and endless space to explore outdoors!
The 52-acre property offers spectacular views of the Appalachian Mountains and rolling farmland, direct access to highly rated hiking trails and cycling routes, and is centrally located for guests to access Salisbury, Lakeville, Cornwall and Kent in NW CT as well as Sheffield, Great Barrington, Stockbridge, Lee and Lenox in Berkshire County, Massachusetts. A perfect retreat for groups visiting the local private schools (Berkshire, and Hotchkiss, Salisbury are all under 20 minutes) and ski mountains (Catamount and Butternut).
The farmhouse is designed to meet the needs of families and larger groups, boasting 4 spacious bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fully stocked kitchen, zoned heating and air conditioning, WiFi and Roku TV access, ample indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, and new washer/dryer. The living room includes a queen-sized pull-out couch and doors that can be fully closed, supporting a 5th living space.
