The main living room features tall ceilings, big windows, a comfy leather couch, and a Smart TV. A second bonus TV room offers a huge sectional and another large screen. Enjoy a spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a large island with bar seating, and all the cookware you need. The dining table seats 8 and looks out over the desert.

Noise meters may also be present in and around the property to ensure quiet hours are followed. We will only receive a notification of a noise event if the noise decibel threshold is exceeded. Please try to keep the fun at a respectful decibel level during the day, but at night we ask for no loud noises after 9 pm — if this sounds like something that will not work for your group, our property might not be the right one for you.
Important: All guests are required to complete and pass a background screening through Guest Ranger prior to their stay. This is a necessary step to comply with local city regulations and to ensure the safety and security of our home and community. The reservation will only be confirmed once the screening is successfully completed.
