The space
This bright and airy 1-bedroom apartment is located on the second floor of a small, private building—with no shared walls or neighbors, so you’ll enjoy total privacy.
Take a short walk up the easy stairs and step directly into the open-concept living space, where a sleek, modern kitchen flows into a cozy living area with views of the Hudson River. The space is filled with natural light and features hardwood floors throughout.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, pots and pans, wine glasses, bottle opener, Keurig coffee maker (K-cups provided), electric kettle, and a minimalist island with stools—perfect for a casual meal or morning coffee.
The bedroom is separate for added privacy and includes a small work table. There’s also a modern full bathroom with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The living room couch converts into a comfortable queen size bed—please let us know in advance if you'll need it prepared. The apartment also includes central heating and cooling to keep you comfortable throughout your stay.

Check-in was quick and easy. Communication throughout was excellent. I stayed during a very cold period (January) but the apartment was always comfortable. This is a lovely, quiet, if you will--bachelor pad--that was a perfect space to rest, relax, and have downtime between being with friends. The neighborhood environs are just wonderful. If you are looking for a quite retreat, this is your place.

This is a spacious and super clean property with plenty of lighting (often an issue for me). The hosts were attentive. Comfortable bed. The apartment is close to restaurants and walkable to the park along the Hudson River.

We really enjoyed our stay in this sweet apartment in the quaint river town of Dobbs Ferry. The bed is very comfortable, the towels are nice and there’s even a little view of the Hudson. The host is attentive and checked in to see we had everything we needed. We loved the turn table with some choice vinyl records. It was great to be just 15 miles from NYC in the beauty of the country and so close to the train. The best of both worlds!
