Parking 🅿️
Guests may park in the driveway, which have two spots which can fit up to 4 cars comfortably. If additional space is needed, you may park on the street for free. Please observe any signage indicating the local municipality’s street sweeping schedule to avoid any tickets and fine
This home is located in a town within a town. Artesia is a very quiet and close-knit community where everyone really keeps to themselves. Artesia is very ethnically diverse as well, with many different types of restaurants and dining and foreign grocery stores.
Each of our homes is professionally cleaned and inspected between reservations to guarantee a smooth check-in. While maintenance needs can occasionally occur, rest assured our skilled team is on standby to resolve any issues promptly—ensuring your comfort and peace of mind throughout your stay.
House Rules 🏠
1. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Evidence of indoor smoking will result in a $400 cleaning fee.
2. Parties or Events
Unauthorized parties or disruptive gatherings are not permitted. Discovery of such activities may lead to immediate eviction without refund.
3. Guest Limitations
The number of occupants must not exceed the number specified in the reservation. If you need to add guests to the reservation, please reach out to our team.
4. Silent Hours
Please respect quiet hours from 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
5. Electronic Devices
Do not unplug any electronic devices, including TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku devices, etc., to ensure uninterrupted service.
6. Mail and Packages
Receiving mail at this address is not permitted. However, package deliveries are allowed.
7. Furniture and Decor
Please refrain from rearranging or moving furniture, appliances, or decorative items to prevent damage.
8. Monthly Utility Cap
For reservations of 30 nights or more, a monthly utility cap of $300 applies, covering electricity, gas, and water. Any usage exceeding this amount will be billed to the guest.
9. Pets
Pets are allowed at the property as long as they are declared with the Airbnb reservation so the pet fee can be added onto the booking. The pet fee will NOT include property damage, urine, or feces clean up which will incur additional charges and penalties ($250 BASE PENALTY FOR PET DAMAGE). If you fear your pets may potentially damage property or is not potty trained, we highly recommend you to leave your pet at home or avoid bringing them to the reservation.
