Come stay at our bright, beautifully converted garage that sleeps 4 guests. Featuring a king sized bed in a living area with a sleeper sofa, and the workspace and Wi-Fi make it easy to balance work and relaxation. Enjoy the convenience of a private washer and dryer, a full kitchen, and tasteful furnishings that blend comfort with style.
Unwind with a morning coffee or watch the turtles sitting near the serene pond or take a dip in the shared pool just steps away.
Experience the ultimate convenience and comfort at our charming rental property! The unit is a part of our detached garage, set in the back of our 3 acre property. Nestled upstairs, the cozy sleeping area offers a tranquil retreat for a restful night`s sleep. Whip up your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen or take advantage of the washer and dryer for added convenience during your stay. With all the amenities to make you feel at home, our property is the perfect choice for your next getaway.

Skyline Estates is a hidden gem in Argyle! So close to the interstate and area attractions (Texas Motor Speedway, Tanger Outlets, UNT, Buccees!), but it feels like an oasis nestled in the trees and away from the hustle of DFW.
Check in is anytime after 4pm and check out is anytime before 11am. In order to allow our cleaning staff the time needed to properly clean and prepare for your stay, we typically cannot allow an early check in or late checkout. An early check in (12pm-4pm) or late checkout (11am-12pm) can be requested for a fee of $25. This will be dependent on availability.
Pets are welcome! We charge $15 pet fee per night/per pet (for a maximum of $150 and 2 pets) per stay to your email the day of arrival.
Pool is available upon request.
If you “reserve” the pool area, we will do our best to give you privacy.
The following is a list of what you can expect to find in the unit.
Consider it a “starter kit” if you will…. Hopefully it will give you the time you need to procure any additional items you may need. If something on this list is not in the unit, please let us know and we will do our best to get it to you ASAP.
