Backyard patio was great to relax and good for our small dog. Walking distance to historic downtown and quick drive to the Landing.

The roost was cozy and perfect for the 6 of us with a fenced in yard. There was a covered porch/deck in the middle of the backyard that we didn’t use m, but would be nice if we were there longer. Upon arrival my personalized code didn’t work, but the host responded immediately to help troubleshoot us getting in within 5 minutes for the whole process. Conveniently located in the heart of Branson but out of the way from major traffic. Would rent here again in the future for any Branson trips. Pullout love seat coach was comfy. And fits two easily.

The stay was good- the washer did not work- we had to fish out our clothing to wring them out to dry. Our code never worked at the door- so we used a general code. We had to call while trying to access the property to get in. The power went off for an hour due to storms at 3am causing the fire alarm to beep every few mins. When I reached out the fix was to access the property which is not reasonable. We don’t like people having access to our personal items. That’s all that was offered. The house was nice - smaller than i expected but quaint. It was pet friendly and the back yard was great for our dogs.
