We stayed at this property from 12/20–12/27 and had an overall pleasant and comfortable experience. The home is in a clean, established neighborhood in Live Oak, TX, and it felt safe and family‑friendly. With four spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fenced yard, it was a great fit for our group of seven plus our dog. The décor was modern and inviting, and the layout worked well for a larger family.There were a few maintenance and upkeep items that came up during our stay. None of them were major, but they did create some minor inconveniences and required a bit of flexibility on our part. Communication with the host was excellent and the host was quick to make the necessary arrangements.Overall, we appreciated the space, the neighborhood, and the pet‑friendly setup. I would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable, family‑friendly rental in the area.

We truly enjoyed our stay. This property was incredibly clean, the decor was amazing and in a great location. We loved staying here! All the amenities you could need and Beyond kid friendly made us so happy & comfortable. The bathroom is so nice and the beds were so comfy! We will absolute stay here again. Great communication and check in and out was super easy! Thank you! See you soon!
