The resort charges a parking fee of $18 plus tax per night. This is collected at the resort. None of this money goes to your host.

Beach access at the resort is dependent on the tides (as with most Maui beaches). Other nearby beaches include Ka'opala Beach and Honokeana Bay which is great for spotting turtles. When you're ready to explore further, top destinations like Whaler’s Village and Kapalua Golf Course are just a short drive away, making your island adventures seamless and fun.

Security Deposit - A $500 security deposit hold will be placed on your credit card prior to arrival and released within five (5) days after checkout, provided no damage occurs. Mahalo for helping us care for the home.

The home receives regular professional pest control services, though pests can still appear from time to time. Tropical critter encounters do not qualify for refunds or rental adjustments. If you encounter any issues, please let us know.
Neighbors - The surrounding area may include normal island activity such as construction, traffic, landscaping, or other guests. Noise and disturbances do not qualify for refunds or rental adjustments. If something feels disruptive, please let us know.
Utilities - due to weather or infrastructure limitations, you may experience interruptions to services such as water, electricity, cable, internet, air conditioning and plumbing. Interruptions outside our control do not qualify for refunds or rental adjustments. We will always do our best to assist, support, and help reduce any impact when possible.
Amenities - We do our very best to keep all in-home amenities and appliances in good working order though Hawaii’s salty air and humidity can cause wear and tear more quickly than in other places. Resort amenities such as the pool, BBQs, etc. are outside of our direct control and may occasionally be closed or undergo maintenance without notice. Interruptions in availability of amenities outside our control do not qualify for refunds or rental adjustments. Please notify us promptly if something needs attention.

Not only were they prompt when you had a question, when we discovered the blender didn’t work, we needed to make a pina colada , they dropped a new one off that day. It was well equipped and perfect views of not only the sunsets but the whales breaching while sitting on your balcony. People were so friendly. Definitely a must stay
