About this apartment rental
Le Barcarès is a seaside resort on the Côte Vermeille, in the eastern Pyrenees, with a view of the Canigou. The opportunity to enjoy the beach, to taste the specialties of Roussillon (including wine), to go on beautiful hikes in the hinterland (small villages of the Corbières, ponds of the Aude, foothills of the Pyrenees, ...).
Large house in a small condominium in the residential area of the Lido between the Lydia and the village: 400m from the beach and the pine forest, 200m from the pond, 500m from the fishing and marina ports, 1200m from the village with its shops and market and 1200m from the Lydia.
The accommodations are located on the first floor with only 1 floor. It is very well equipped and we regularly occupy it on a personal basis.
Its living area is 53 m2 .It includes 1 large living room (dining room with lounge area with sofa and TV), 1 kitchnette (fridge, gas stove, dishwasher, water heater, microwave, coffee maker), a large corridor that leads to 1 large double bedroom with storage, 1 large bedroom with 2 single beds and an extra bed, separate toilet, bathroom with shower and washing machine.
It has 2 very large covered terraces protected from wind and rain (one glazed at the front of about 12m2 with table, chairs and wardrobe, the other of about 20m2 overlooking a garden of about 30m2 with table, chairs, electric barbecue etc...). It also includes 1 parking space.
Bed linen and toiletries available on site.
