House was nice, modern and in good condition. Large Tv in living room, large grill, and hot tub appears new and is in good condition. Gas fireplace in living room is nice for warming up and drying out ski boots. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots, pans and spices. Location is good as it’s close to the City Market grocery store and a cafe (Two Chicks and a Hippy).Only things to be aware of - garage access is not provided so must park outside. Not a big deal but worth mentioning since some rentals do provide this and others don’t. Also minor nitpick - only a small amount of shampoo was provided and host declined to provide more, so we had to buy some at the store.Would consider staying here again.

The house was so charming and in a great location! Loved the hot tub! Great place for family! Very clean and accommodating all around! We will be coming back!

I loved the house, very very clean. I especially loved the backyard. It’s all fenced and my two little chihuahuas had a blast running around the backyard. It’s a very quiet neighborhood. We even saw two deers walking by during our stays
