Convenient functional quiet 5 bedroom 3 bath home in Clive.

I booked this VRBO for my best friend’s bridal shower and bachelorette party over Memorial Day weekend this year, and it was the perfect venue for both. We were able to comfortably fit 20 people inside for the shower! Beautiful house, super clean and smelled amazing, super comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, lots of space in the basement for a movie/game/spa night which was exactly what we were going for. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and bathrooms. Carol was an amazing host. She was very responsive to questions and so kind. She even left a little special gift for us and the bride to celebrate!I’d highly recommend this house to anyone. Especially if you have a larger group! It was perfect.

We were treated to muffins to start our graduation weekend, which was great since we had to be up and gone early on Saturday. Host was very responsive to communication. House was extremely well decorated and clean. Family loved it and the quiet neighborhood. Central to lots of eating and shopping options for my out of state family members. A

Booked this home for a group of 6 and it was as advertised. There was plenty of space and multiple in-home entertainment options. Good proximity to restaurants as well. The host was a great communicator and even let us check in a few hours early. Highly recommend!
