- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Pool heat is available for an additional fee but must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
- Please note: Pool heat will not be available during the summer months (May 1 – October 1). The average water temperature without the heater is above 90°F.
- This home provides an outlet suitable for EV charging. A connector/charging cable is not provided—guests must bring their own charger/connector.
- Use of the firepit and Firebowl is available upon request and subject to an additional fee.
- No amplified music or excessive noise is allowed regardless of time, and quiet hours must be adhered to.

This house was exceptional! Beautiful home, great mountain views, and awesome pool / spa for relaxing in the perfect palm springs weather. Rental team was great to work with and answered all our questions.

Our family travels to the Palm Springs area quite frequently and this was hands down the best rental experience we have ever had. Not only was the house absolutely stunning, but the staff couldn't have been more gracious, communicative or responsive. From the moment we booked the property we were given clear, easy-to-follow instructions for the property, including video instruction, as well as prompt and helpful support with the minor questions we had.

Not the hosts fault, but the house was unlocked at check-in and another random group came in. Additionally, the pool heater was broken, host said they’d refund for the day it was broken but nothing/no follow up. Not great at this price point.
