This is the cutest house! Perfect for our family trip to Denison! It is in a great location, clean, and very comfortable. Will definitely be renting again!

Kozy Kottage is very comfortable. It is a quiet neighborhood. The host is very professional and easy to communicate with. Hope to stay there again next time we travel to Denison.

People, let me tell you that this is the best VRBO I have ever stayed in. Kozy Kottage is exactly what it is. - cozy and comfortable. Every detail is perfect from the themed decor to the TVs to the bedding to the back yard to the kitchen appliances/amenities…the list goes on and on. We had a cookout in the backyard followed by an evening by the fire pit listening to music playing darts and roasting marsh mellows for the kids. And the location is great - about a mile from historic downtown Denison. Lastly, Tina is so friendly and welcoming, though I’ve only texted and emailed with her, which is what you want because nobody wants an ever present “host”. This was our second time at Kozy Kottage and we’ll be back.
