About this apartment rental
We offer an extraordinary experience of comfort and style in the most luxurious neighborhood of the city near the Vondelpark and 10 min from the city center.
This 180m2 residence is newly renovated and fully equiped with all amenities and thoughtfully designed for 2-3 couples or a small family.
Located on a wide and quiet residential street, one wouldn't expect such a gem when exiting the dedicated elevator.
This is the ideal place to relax, dine and enjoy after a full day out in the City.
Our residence features two levels, which are located on the 3rd and Penthouse floor and can be reached by stairs and/or a dedicated elevator.
The 3rd floor houses two luxurious master bedrooms and an additional guest bedroom, accompanied by three well-appointed showers & bathrooms. A washer and dryer are hiden, but present.
On the penthouse floor, you'll find the living space, an extra bathroom, and an exquisitely designed kitchen & dining area that fully opens via harmonic windowns onto a spacious sun terrace. Via stairs you can reach the upper deck.
The living space is adorned with a modern fireplace, providing a cozy ambiance for winter days or romantic evenings.
With beautiful dimmable lights and the latest Sonos sound system you will be able to ceate any mood you wish.

Guests access through the central main door and then with a dedicated elevator to the 3rd floor and/or the penthous
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
I am 20 minutes away for live assistance and of inquiries when staying in the Penthouse, of course I'm also available via mail and phone for questions and assistance before and during your stay.
DETAILS
We require a minumum of 3 days and we carefully select our guest who share our energy of tranquility. We are about our neigbours and their peace of mind.
Therefore no party's with (loud) late night music. Remember this is a quiet neigbourhood and our place is for guests who would like to relax after a day on the town or just need to unwind from their busy life.
No smoking allowed, except on the balcony or on the roofdeck.

An amazing apartment, the check in was easy and the host super commutative. The lift/elevator was a surprise and a blessing - steep stairs even for Amsterdam. The apartment was clean, very comfortable, had everything we needed, and would loved to have stayed a few extra days. Great location for access to the center of Amsterdam and Schiphol, but in a quite residential area with shops and restaurants.

The apartment is one of the few I could find in Amsterdam that had 3 bathrooms, and it actually has 4. Very modern, and in a cute residential neighborhood just outside of the old city center. Canal tours and museums are about 15 minutes away, and the heart of Amsterdam is another 15 minute walk. If you need trams they are easy to get, but we walked everywhere. Lots of cafes, bakeries, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby. Its very quiet. I like the neighborhood because it is family oriented and you get to see how the locals live. It is one stop on the subway from the airport, and short Uber drive from Amsterdam Zuid station. But the host picked up our small group of 3 that arrived first from the subway, which was very nice. There is a lift to get to the apartment, so even though it is on the 3rd and 4th floor, you don't need to use the steps. The roof deck has no furniture all, which is kinda odd. So not very useful. There is small deck off the kitchen. The apartment is well equipped with cooking pans and utensils, which we used a lot. Overall we loved the place and recommend it.

The Penthouse was a wonderful place to stay with our daughter, son-in-law and 2 1/2 year old granddaughter. The location made walking to the Amsterdam Museum sights very easy, with beautiful parks along the way. The property was very clean and had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. The Penthouse was very clean and the kitchen and bathrooms were exceptional! The property was very close to restaurants and grocery stores. Roel, our host, was great meeting us at check-in and providing a detailed overview of the Penthouse and lists of restaurants and places to see in Amsterdam. We highly recommend this location and would definitely stay here on our next trip to Amsterdam!!
