This stylishly furnished duplex apartment offers 70 m² of space—spread across the first floor and upper floor—with plenty of room for up to four people, combining modern comfort with a cozy living atmosphere.
Please note that, unfortunately, stays with infants or toddlers up to 3 years of age are not permitted in this apartment.
On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious, light-filled living and dining room with a large window front offering a view of the quiet garden at the back of the house. From here, you have direct access to the furnished patio with a table, chairs, and a beach chair—the perfect spot for relaxing outdoors. The living area features a comfortable sofa and a TV, inviting you to unwind after a walk on the beach or an excursion around the island. The adjacent dining area creates a cozy atmosphere for shared meals, game nights, or social gatherings.
