The open floor plan of this 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath home is designed for comfort and elegance. Enjoy breathtaking water views from almost every room in this expansive residence. House features include the resurfaced pier, dual HVAC systems, and a whole-house dehumidifier, ensuring year-round comfort.
The ground level presents a versatile space with a full bathroom, pull-out queen sofa bed, 65” wall mounted TV, sink with counter space/cabinets. Step through the sliding door to a covered paver patio w/ outdoor gas fireplace, leading to the fenced-in backyard and your private 100 ft pier. Whether you're boating, jet skiing, kayaking, paddleboarding, swimming, crabbing or fishing, this serene setting promises endless relaxation and enjoyment. 3 kayaks, paddles, and life jackets are available for your use.
On the second level, you'll find a gourmet kitchen with an island w/ seating, a 6 person dining room table, a walk-in pantry, stylish tile backsplash w/under cabinet lighting. The kitchen is equipped with necessary appliances, utensils, cooking pots/pans, toaster, air fryer, blender, and outdoor grill.
The family room is highlighted by a new gas fireplace, a 65” wall mounted TV, a walk-out large deck w/ a 6 person outdoor table, 2 person sitting area, powder room, and magnificent views of the protected St. George Harbor.
Retreat to the upper floor where the two guest bedrooms offer comfortable bedding and closet organizers for ample storage. The luxurious primary bedroom features a walk-in closet, a private balcony with a ceiling fan; perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while overlooking the harbor. The attached primary bathroom offers a walk-in shower, double sinks, and basic amenities.

Guests have access to all areas of the house except those doors that are locked with a locking mechanism. The garage is locked and off limits.

* The home comfortably sleeps 8 guests in beds. If additional sleeping space is needed, up to three queen air mattresses can be provided for 1–6 extra guests. Standard additional guest fees apply. Please coordinate in advance.
* The indoor gas fireplace is available seasonally (November–March) and may be temporarily unavailable due to weather, maintenance, or repairs.
* As with any residential neighborhood, you may see dogs and cats in the community. All pets are owned and cared for by their respective owners.
* We love dogs! Please request approval before booking with pets. We can only accommodate house-trained, friendly, and non-destructive dogs. A maximum of two dogs is preferred. Please provide details about your pup(s) when requesting approval. A $75 pet fee applies.
Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage, excessive cleaning, urine stains, uncollected waste, or damage to the furniture, yard, appliances and walls/stairs.

Beautiful newly renovated space with all new appliances, furniture and kitchenware. Comfortable beds, and super clean rooms. Large outside area with new Weber grill, fire pit, and three kayaks. Nice easy to access dock.
