The communications from check-in to check-out, the cleanliness and orderliness of the home, the serenity of the neighborhood, the calming view of the canal made my stay memorable and will return again. Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay. We all had plenty of room to spread out and have our own space. The lanai was very nice and had a beautiful view over the canal. We wish the pool was heated, we would have used it a lot more. The neighborhood was very nice. A great neighborhood for taking walks. The house was a bit dated and had an 80s vibe. There was a musty smell, although the house was otherwise very clean. The host was great, accommodating and easy communication. Overall we had a nice stay and would stay again.

We had a short stay to check out the area/house. House is amazing, very clean, nice furnishings and the lay out is perfect for guests and privacy for everyone. The neighborhood was well kept and very quiet.

The property was very comfortable with ample space for all 5 of us women having a Florida get-away. It is very convenient to Punta Gorda, and all it has to offer, and yet located in a quiet neighborhood. It has a beautiful lanai with a stunning view of the canal. We would definitely stay here again
