- television, satellite or cable TV, Wi-Fi, books,
- radiators, central heating, fan,
- elevator.
After 10 p.m., noise disturbances are no longer accepted.

Please note the following additional fees:
- Check-in between 9 p.m. and midnight: $25
- Check-in between midnight and 6 a.m.: $44
