Brand New Air Conditioner unit! Beautifully remodeled duplex with plenty of room for everyone. New beds. New hot tub. Well stocked kitchen and nice back patio with propane grill
Mt. Bachelors a short drive
300MBPS internet speed. Single car garage. Float tubes as well! Located 2 miles from the Old Mill and the amphitheater.

Walking, biking, or driving - parking on premises as well as inside the garage with automatic garage door
Grocery and liquor store, pub, gas and restaurant within 2 miles of unit. Golf within 4 miles. Mt. Bachelors a close drive
50 dollars per pet per stay. Quiet time after 10pm. No shoes inside home. Wash all dirty dishes before check out. Please wipe dog feet if dirty. If a carpet stain occurs please don’t attempt to clean it . Trash day is early Friday morning put the can out in front of the the unit barely in the street. Do not put trash in recycling can . If anything is broken please let me know . Pick up all dog waste a 20$ fee for each pile of waste. Dogs not allowed on any furniture replacement cost of linens will be accessed as well as cleaning fees. Fees for late check out will be assessed. If the unit is rented for long term stay the unit will need to be cleaned by my cleaning pro every three weeks from date of check in. Additional cleaning fee will be assessed at time of booking
