About this house rental
Prime location in the village of Amelia. Short cart rides to Sumter Landing town square, 2 championship golf courses, 6+ executive golf courses, Amelia pool, and Odell and Colony Plaza rec centers. You are in a great neighborhood and in the center of everything the Villages offers.
We spend summers and ski season in Colorado, which makes the home available in prime Florida winter season. Our home is simple, uncluttered, and comfortable. There are two bedrooms with king beds, and a third bedroom which functions as our office and sewing/craft room. Appliances are new and there is a grill on the back deck. Garage is comfortable for a full-size car or standard SUV plus the golf cart which is available to use (see terms)
Renters are welcome to use the activity stuff that we have - camp chairs, beach towels, beach stuff, pool stuff, bikes, etc. If we haven`t locked it up, you can use it.
Pets will be considered with additional fee. We will facilitate obtaining Villages lifestyle passes for the term of the rental ($50 fee)
Priority given to 60+ day rental term and primary renter being age 55+.
