- Guest bath has a large walk in shower with access from the lanai

- The pool faces north
- Pool heat is an optional add on cost of $35/night
- Pool is serviced on a weekly basis

- The home has a Ring doorbell camera as well as an outdoor camera overlooking the pool

- Parking is available for up to 3 cars
- No boat trailer or RV parking is allowed in the driveway per HOA rules
